TAYLOR IS A COMPREHENSIVELY AND CLASSICALLY TRAINED POWER PILATES INSTRUCTOR WITH OVER 800 HOURS OF TRAINING. HER LOVE FOR PILATES BEGAN AFTER HER FIRST EXPERIENCE ON A REFORMER, WHICH HELPED HER FIND NEW CONNECTIONS IN HER BODY AND INCREASE COORDINATION. PRIOR TO PILATES, TAYLOR EXPLORED MANY OTHER FITNESS METHODS BUT FOUND NONE AS EFFECTIVE AS PILATES FOR ACHIEVING THE RESULTS SHE SOUGHT. AFTER SEVERAL YEARS OF PRACTICING, TAYLOR EMBARKED ON THE PATH TO BECOME AN INSTRUCTOR. SHE COMPLETED HER COMPREHENSIVE PILATES CERTIFICATION THROUGH POWER PILATES. TAYLOR HAS ALSO CONTINUED HER EDUCATION WITH INDUSTRY LEADERS LIKE CHRIS ROBINSON AND KATHI ROSS NASH, FURTHER EXPANDING HER KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE.
TAYLOR HAS WORKED WITH A WIDE RANGE OF ATHLETES, FROM HIGH SCHOOLERS TO PROFESSIONALS IN THE NBA, WNBA, MLB, AND NHL. IN ADDITION TO HER WORK WITH ATHLETES, SHE HAS EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE HELPING CLIENTS WITH VARIOUS INJURIES AND SPECIAL NEEDS, GUIDING THEM TO REMARKABLE SUCCESS AND HEALING.
AS THE PILATES INSTRUCTOR FOR THE PHOENIX MERCURY, TAYLOR CONTINUES TO SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES IN OPTIMIZING PERFORMANCE, RECOVERY, AND OVERALL WELL-BEING.
