ANYONE CAN DO PILATES! WE HAVE WORKED WITH CLIENTS AS YOUNG AS EIGHT YEARS OLD TO CLIENTS IN THEIR 90S. WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES & CLIENTS WITH MS. SCOTTSDALE PILATES CAN WORK WITH ALL TYPES OF BODIES WITH RANGING ABILITIES. WE HAVE A BROAD TRAINING SO WE CAN HELP ANY CLEINT ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT OUT OF A SESSION?

CLIENTS SHOULD EXPECT TO BE CHALLENGED. THERE ARE A LOT OF NEW & DIFFERENT MOVEMENTS THAT THE BODY WILL BE PUT INTO. WE ASK OUR CLIENTS TO COME IN TO EVERY SESSION READY TO WORK HARD.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO A SESSION?

PLEASE BRING CLEAN SOCKS, WATER & POSITIVE ATTITUDE. REMOVE SHARP JEWLRY.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY PILATES SESSION?

PLEASE WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHES THAT YOU CAN MOVE IN. FORM FITTING ATHLETIC WEAR IS BEST. PLEASE AVOID CLOTHING WITH ZIPPERS - OUR APPARATUS THANKS YOU.
